Lottie and Libby

Lottie and Libby are a 10-year-old female Whippet Crosses. They are a bonded pair, inseparable and devoted to one another, and are looking for a very special home where they can stay together. Rehoming them separately would not be suitable due to their strong bond, even though they have distinct personalities and needs. Libby is the younger and slightly bigger of the pair. She is extremely affectionate, loves everyone she meets, and gets along well with other dogs. Libby enjoys her walks but, due to her high prey drive, she must remain on lead for safety. Lottie, the older of the pair, has some medical issues but still enjoys her walks, preferring quieter areas where she can feel relaxed and comfortable. Both dogs can be left alone for three to four hours as long as they are together, which highlights how much they rely on and comfort one another. Their personalities complement each other, with Libby’s outgoing and affectionate nature balancing Lottie’s more reserved and careful approach. They would thrive in a calm household with an owner able to meet their individual needs. Because of their age and personalities, they are not suitable for young children and would be best placed in a home with teenagers or adults who understand the dynamics of a bonded pair. With the right family, Lottie and Libby will continue to enjoy walks, companionship, and the security of being together.
