Bear

Bear is a 2-year-old Belgian Malinois Cross American bulldog. Bear is currently in our kennels in Wrexham, North Wales. Bear, our 2-year-old heartbreaker, struts his stuff on the leash like a pro, gives paw like a true gentleman, and even tucks himself in at night! We suspect he’s part Malinois, part bull breed, and all mischief. Sure, he can jump a 6ft obstacle and redecorate with the best of them, but hey, who doesn’t love a bit of chaos? Bear’s health is top-notch, and his intelligence is off the chats—now if only we could convince him to use it for good! He is best suited to a home with older children only, where he can enjoy structure, calm, and consistency. Someone with breed experience is important as Bear is a high energy dog who is very intelligent – his new owner will need to be able to give him enough physical and mental stimulation and in reward you will have an amazing dog! Bear is house trained, crate trained and good with everyone he meets Once we have received your application this will be reviewed by our dog team and if you are a suitable match one of our volunteers will be in touch within 7 days to discuss your application in more detail. You will then be invited to meet the dog, and we encourage 2-3 meet & greets for you to get to know your chosen dog, we are happy to introduce you to multiple dogs on the day of they are suitable matches. We do request all household members attend meet & greets including resident dogs. If successful we will request a home check at this stage along with proof of identification and address. We will require written permission from a landlord for all applicants in rented accommodation.
