Rolo

Rolo is a 2-year-old male Cross-Breed. He is a medium-sized dog with a sweet and affectionate nature, though he takes time to build trust. Once comfortable, he greets his favourite people with enthusiasm, wagging his tail and showering them with kisses. He loves being stroked and will happily roll over for tummy rubs. Rolo is particularly wary of men and has shown reactive behaviour towards them. For this reason, a female-only home would be the best fit for him. He is currently thriving in foster, where he enjoys home comforts, zooming around in excitement before settling down for a cosy nap on the sofa. He loves the company of other dogs and would benefit from living with a confident canine companion to help guide him. He has also passed his cat test with ease, so he could happily live with a cat in his new home. Rolo is an insecure boy who needs an experienced owner to help him build confidence. He is intelligent and eager to learn, but he requires a quiet, adult-only home with slow, careful introductions to visitors. He also struggles with separation anxiety, so a home with someone around most of the day is essential. He has been making good progress in foster, and with patience, he will continue to improve.
